こんにちは、２ヶ月ぶりです、山内です。
つい先日ようやくベルリンに行ってきました。１年以上滞在していたのですが、どちらかというと西の方の都市ばかり行っていました。
ベルリンは遠いですね。カールスルーエから。バスで９時間は僕の長距離バス乗車時間最長でした。日本に比べると、休憩を挟む回数が多く、座席の乗り心地も良いと思います。
アーティストがごろごろいるとは聞いていたのですが、日本人アーティストだけでも４、５００人いるそうです。フットサルチームもあるそうです。
レジデンスも多く、多様な形態で滞在、制作出来る街だと思います。ビザも取得しやすいそうです。同級生に卒業後はどうするか聞くと、地元かミュンヘンかカールスルーエかで迷っている
ようです。
理由としては販売したいならミュンヘン、場所に頓着しなければ住み慣れた街だそうです。
今回行った所はAuguststrßeという通りのギャラリー街、ハンブルガーバンホフ、ノイエナショナルガレリー、ゲメルデガレリー、KW、アルテスムゼウム、ペルガモンです。
丁度滞在していた時期にベルリンビエンナーレが開催されていたので３つある会場の１つだけ観ました。
美術館、ギャラリー、博物館、ビエンナーレとそれぞれ役割の違う展示はそれぞれ面白かったですが、KWでのビエンナーレの展示とハンブルガーバンホフの所蔵作品が印象に残っています。
KWでの展示は個々の作品よりも会場全体でキュレイターの思想やビエンナーレ全体のコンセプトを体験するような構成で、巨大なインスタレーションといったところです。
事前に調べずに行ったので、一巡しただけでは多くは理解出来なかったですが、会場であるKWがギャラリー街の一角にあったため展示作品や目的が非常に対照的で面白かったです。
ハンブルガーバンホフではWall Workという壁画をテーマにした企画展示と常設展示を中心に観てきました。
以前カールスルーエ近くの街の美術館でも壁画、壁をテーマにした展覧会があったのですが、戦後ドイツ、冷戦の象徴でもあるテーマに対して作家が作品を作ることは、芸術が社会的な問題に対して意思や態度を示す手段になると思えた展示でした。
近々ミュンヘンに行ってくるので、その様子はまた次報告します。

Hello, I 'm Yamauchi, two
months since then.
I finally went to Berlin just the
other day. I stayed in Germany
more than one year, if anything,
went to only the city of the
west one. Berlin is far. It took
nine hours by bus from
Karlsruhe. It became the most
long time seat-load record
of "long-distance bus".
A lot of number of times of
the break stop and the ride
comfort to be good in
comparison with a Japanese
long-distance bus, I think.
I heard that Berlin stay a lot
of artists, there seem to be
400 to 500 only in Japanese
artists. I heard that there
was it to the futsal team.
There are many residence,
I thinks that Berlin is the town
which we can produce and
stay with a variety of forms.
It is easy to get the visa,too.
When I asked a my classmate
what he would do after
graduating school , he seemed
to worried whether it was
hometown or Munich, or it was
Karlsruhe. For a reason,Munich
is most suitable if we sell a work,
not care about it ,living long town
is good.

When I just stayed, Berlin Biennale
was held, I saw one of 3 places.
Display in KW is constitution to
experience a concept of thought
and the Biennale of the curator
in the whole place ,huge installation.
I went without checking it before-
hand , I was not able to understand
most only by having gone around it.
Because there was KW which was
a place in the corner of the gallery
street , a exhibition work and a
purpose were very contrastive and
were interesting .
I watched it mainly on the Plan
exhibition and the Permanent
exhibition that featured the theme
of a fresco called "Wall Work" in
Patzen Sie Girvan Hoff. There was
the exhibition which featured the
theme of a fresco , a wall before
in the art museum of the town close
to Karlsruhe .It is for the means
indicating intention and the manner
for the problem that art is social as
for a artist making a work for the
theme that is postwar Germany,
a symbol of the Cold War.
I will go to Munich soon , the state
reports next again.
